Please allow 2 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. Please note your order cannot be cancelled once the package has been shipped. Due to high volume, it can take up to 5 BUSINESS days for your order to process and between 3-5 BUSINESS days for your order to be delivered.
Weekends, Holidays, and Vacation days are NOT included in the timeframe. Processing/Shipping time CAN be delayed due to high volume. ALL orders will be processed in the order they are received. Orders are packaged and shipped out daily. Peak times may be an extension longer than the initial time frame. Due to Covid-19, postal carriers are experiencing delays in delivery and orders may take longer than usual. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please understand this is out of our control and is a global issue. We appreciate your patience and support and are doing our best to ship orders in a timely manner.

We do not and will not give satisfaction returns. All sales are final.
JazVibez will NOT be issuing refunds of any sort. Once your order is placed it cannot be canceled. Having buyer's remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund. Due to the nature of our product, items cannot be returned once it has been opened. Be sure to enter your address correctly at checkout. Having an incomplete address WILL delay your order. We will NOT be held responsible for any lost packages due to customer entry. If in the event a package has to be shipped back to sender, your order will be canceled, and a store credit will be issued (shipping not included). Please contact your local post office for further assistance if your item has been marked delivered but not received. It is best to include a phone number or email address at checkout in case we have to contact you in regard to your order. Be mindful once you DISPUTE a charge you will NO LONGER be able to place another order.
If you believe you may have a defective product, please contact us via Chat Support to report the item as defective. Please be sure to include your name/ order number and allow up to 14 BUSINESS days for testing and quality insurance. We will issue you a reship at no cost. All products are under 30-day warranty.
